Made my 10 mile run

It was a whirlwind weekend, but I was able to get in my run yesterday.

I took off two days (Friday and Saturday) in order to let my body recover some from my almost 200 mile month.  It did seem to help as I was able to complete my 10 mile run yesterday.  I am a bit sore today, but overall am feeling better today.

I don’t have much to write about today.  Just trying to get back to work after a long weekend.
