Off work today for the 4th of July holiday. I’m going to meet @BigBigGeek to go trail running around the mountain lake.

I tried to run with her once, but it didn’t go well. She is a great dog though. She knows when I come home from a run that it is time to go out back to play catch. She sits in wait at the top of the stairs and runs down to meet me and go outside. She is such a great dog!!!

daddy take me with you take me with you pleeeeeease! how can you resist those eyes? lol, have fun, dont fall into the lake unless you want to because your so hot you feel like you need to cool off really fast, hey it is a great excuse to get wet, you see officer i was just so hot and the water was so inviting and i was afraid of heatstroke I figured jump in for a few minutes to avoid overheating to death, lol
