I had a great time with Neill @bigbiggeek running in the mountain state park yesterday.  It was 25 degrees when we started and in the low 30’s by the time we finished.  I was thinking to myself, who would run in a mountain park in this cold weather?  Evidently a few other runners.  On top of that there was a polar bear swim at the beach we ran by.  A swim.  Not me.  It was for charity though, but that takes guts.

Today TJ and return to the same park for a run.  I am looking forward to it.  I run 90% of my runs by myself, so when I get a chance to run with a friend or a child, it is always a great thing.
